Allen is is an oncology social worker at Mayo Clinic Cancer Center with more than 30 years’ experience in the medical social work field. Her work history includes developing the distress screening program at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center and working as a Team Leader and a field social worker at Hospice of the Valley.
